THE PROCESS

How Engagement Works

Engagement proceeds in defined stages. Each stage has a specific scope, a defined output, and a clear endpoint. There is no open-ended engagement.

Engagement may be undertaken at an individual or team level, depending on context.

Stage 1

Discovery Conversation

Every engagement begins with a complimentary 45-minute Discovery Conversation. It is a structured conversation, not a sales call, in which we establish whether the presenting pattern points to a systemic limitation, and whether the conditions are right for the work to be done properly. Not every situation is a fit, and that assessment runs in both directions. Engagements are undertaken selectively.

If the Diagnostic is not the right next step, you will be told so directly.

Output: A clear determination of whether the Decision Weight Diagnostic is warranted, and at what level (individual or team).

Stage 2

Decision Weight Diagnostic

A structured assessment across three domains: Judgment Formation, Judgment Evaluation, and Judgment Reliance, examining where and why Medical Affairs input is being underweighted in executive forums.

Built around real executive interactions, a structured self-reflection instrument, and review of materials used in executive settings. Produces a formal written report with a determination across four categories.

The Diagnostic stands on its own. Whether further work follows depends entirely on what it finds.

Output: Formal written Diagnostic Report (Structural Constraint, Capability Constraint, Mixed Constraint, or No Material Constraint).

Stage 3

Decision Weight Recalibration (if warranted)

Where the Diagnostic finds a structural or mixed constraint, the Decision Weight Recalibration programme is available.

12 sessions over 4–6 months. Individually prescribed from the Diagnostic findings, the specific work depends on what the Diagnostic found and is not a standard programme applied uniformly. Closes with a formal verified close-out assessed against the same framework as the original Diagnostic.

Not available without a prior Diagnostic.

Output: Formal verified close-out report confirming recalibration achieved across the three domains.

Stage 4

Organisational Decision Weight Review (selective)

For organisations seeking to examine how decision weight is allocated across advisory and operational functions at C-suite level. Undertaken selectively and by direct arrangement.

Next Step

The first step is a Discovery Conversation.
