What makes this different from other career coaching?
This is Medical Affairs and Drug Development-specific coaching, not generic career advice. Leon understands pharmaceutical industry dynamics, cross-functional relationships, and what it takes to advance in Medical Affairs because he's lived it.
Do you only work with Medical Affairs professionals?
While our specialty is Medical Affairs, we also work with other pharmaceutical scientific professionals including Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, and Drug Development professionals who face similar challenges.

How do I choose between Career Strategy Session and Executive Leadership Development?
Career Strategy Session (US$600) is for professionals who need strategic positioning and career direction. Executive Leadership Development (US$1,200) is for already successful leaders who want to optimize their leadership effectiveness through deep behavioral analysis.
Are the sessions really conducted virtually?
Yes, all sessions are conducted via Zoom, Skype, or phone. This actually works better as you can be in your comfortable environment, and we can easily share screens for documents and assessments.
What if I'm not ready to leave my current role?
Perfect! This isn't about job searching—it's about positioning yourself for advancement whether internal promotion or external opportunities. Many clients stay in their organizations but are seen very differently afterward.
Can my company pay for this?
Many companies have professional development budgets. Check with your manager and/or HR department about individual learning and development funding. These services qualify as professional development and leadership training.
Behavioral Assessments
Are DISC and EQi 2.0 assessments really necessary?
The assessments provide scientific validation of your behavioral patterns and communication style. Without them, coaching advice is based on opinion rather than data. It's what makes this coaching evidence-based rather than generic.
How long do the assessments take?
DISC takes about 15 minutes, EQi 2.0 takes about 20-25 minutes. Both are completed online at your convenience before our session.
Are these assessments accurate?
Both DISC and EQi 2.0 are extensively validated through decades of research. However, they're tools for insight and development, not absolute definitions of who you are.
Will my employer see my assessment results?
No. These are confidential assessments for your personal development. You control who sees your results.
Can I just take the assessments without coaching?
Leon only provides assessments as part of his coaching programs. The real value comes from expert interpretation and application to your Medical Affairs career.

Why do you charge premium prices?
This is specialized, Medical Affairs-specific coaching with scientifically validated assessments interpreted by a mentor with global senior executive experience.
Do you offer payment plans?
Currently, payment is required at the time of booking. However, many clients expense this through their company's professional development budgets.
What if I don't get the results I expect?
While we can't guarantee external outcomes like promotions (no ethical coach can), we guarantee you'll have the strategy, confidence, and tools needed to position yourself for advancement.
Is one session really enough?

What time zones do you work in?

Typically within 1-2 weeks of booking, depending on availability. For corporate programs, planning usually takes 2-4 weeks.
What if I need to reschedule my session?
We understand that schedules change. Please provide at least 24 hours notice for rescheduling to avoid cancellation fees.
Do you provide follow-up support?
Career Strategy Sessions include 2 weeks of email support. Executive Leadership Development includes 30 days of email support. Corporate programs can include ongoing coaching components.
